Machine Use: Strapping machine use has always been the major application for Sekisui strap of whom, we are distributors. Sekisui are the largest producer of embossed polypropylene strap, and have established, and make sure that they maintain very good relationships with the major machine manufacturers. This helps to ensure compatibility and high quality strapping for the widest range of machines. The range includes 5 mm, 7 mm, 9 mm, 12 mm and 16 mm straps as standard.

Hand Tool Use: Use by hand tools is a very popular, and low cost method of applying strap. Using Sekisui's skill in manufacturing high quality machine strap, they are equally able to make high quality hand straps, including those wound on Plastic Reels for the British Isles. These straps well suited for friction welds tools or the simple metal seal method of application.

Gravure Printed Strap: Sekisui printed strap is world famous. Using the gravure method, strap is printed as part of the production process. Soon after the strap comes out of the extruder, still warm and smooth, it is printed using a gravure roller, allowing us to give high quality, high depth of colour printing on straps of 9 mm or wider. Only then is it embossed. Standard ink colours are light blue, dark blue, forest green, red and black. Please note, we only offer printed Polypropylene strapping.

Metal Strapping seals slide easily over strapping and can be sealed with either a sealer and tensioner system or a combintaion tool.
